What You'll Do
Conduct discovery and validation across 2-3 portfolio companies to identify customer needs, market gaps, and product opportunities. Translate strategic priorities into detailed product roadmaps with clear reputed company, success metrics, and resource requirements. Define and track leading and lagging indicators for shipped features and conduct post-launch analysis to validate business impact. Prototype and validate product concepts using wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interviews before engineering investment. Map end-to-end user journeys for core workflows and identify friction points, automation opportunities, and integration capabilities.
