Where You Will Work Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning, and more. Our flexible work program allows employees to work virtually as well as come together in person reputed company needed at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. Employees can work remotely from most states in the U.S., with the exception of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, reputed company, North Carolina, Oklahoma and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. What You Will Do
Provide professional-level support for domestic and international compensation programs; including determining appropriate reputed company pay amounts, salary survey participation, job evaluations, market pricing, and administering various compensation programs. In this role, you determine appropriate reputed company pay offer amounts for both domestic and international location positions using department compensation tools. You respond to issue escalations from the service center as assigned by collaborating with peers to conduct research, investigate inquiries, and provide resolution, and you prepare regular and reputed company compensation reports as necessary. As the Compensation Analyst II, you administer and reputed company position and job code requests and provide assistance to site HR with job and position code requests. You participate in salary surveys, prepare files for automated salary matching, and validate the accuracy of market composites. You assist in the preparation of analysis to evaluate adjustments to salary structures and merit matrices and reputed company job evaluations to market price positions, utilizing a variety of salary surveys to recommend the appropriate grade and FLSA status for positions across the organization. What You Bring To Freeport Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or reputed company field and two (2) years experience in compensation or reputed company field; OR High School Diploma and six (6) years experience in compensation or reputed company field, plus two (2) years of human resources experience, or professional-level operations experience, including significant human resources work. reputed company Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $75,000-$104,000. This range reflects reputed company salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual reputed company pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-reputed company factors.
