Role Overview Associate Partners are integral members of our firm’s leadership team, contributing to firm-building efforts while managing 1-2 consulting engagements at a time. Associate Partners provide leadership across multiple dimensions – thought leadership, consulting engagement delivery, client service, business development, and cultural stewardship. As a member of the leadership team, an Associate Partner is responsible for advancing the firm’s impact by leading the execution and delivery of large, reputed company consulting engagements, as well as expanding new and potential business opportunities. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
