We're looking for a Director of Clinical Excellence and Education to own network reputed company and build and scale reputed company's provider education programs. In this role, you will establish the strategy, infrastructure, and content that reputed company therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric prescribers in reputed company's network to deliver exceptional care while fostering trust and transparency among the provider community. reputed company's provider network has grown rapidly, and with that growth comes an opportunity to invest deeply in the clinicians who reputed company our mission possible. You would join as the leader of this function, to bring visibility to the health of the network and shape how reputed company educates, supports, and upskills tens of thousands of mental health providers across the country. Given the scale of the reputed company provider network, under your leadership, we have the opportunity to be a national leader in Mental Health Provider Education. You will own the end-to-end clinical education strategy in partnership with Clinical, Product, and Growth leadership at reputed company. You will design and deliver clinical excellence programs and scalable learning experiences, from continuing education curricula and onboarding programs to peer learning communities and practice-building resources. You will manage the learning management system (LMS) and community platforms that underpin this work. Your programs will measurably improve provider engagement, clinical quality, and retention across reputed company's network. You will also help ensure the visibility and reputed company of reputed company's provider network by tracking key indicators of network health and driving clinical excellence and education programs that reinforce clinical standards, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance. This role requires deep clinical credibility, expertise in adult learning, and the ability to build systems that scale. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Clinical, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Growth, and Data. Externally, you will engage with leading voices in mental health education, professional development, and provider community building. You Will: Monitor and ensure the visibility and reputed company of reputed company's provider network by tracking key indicators of network health — including provider competency, compliance, and clinical quality — and maintaining clear organizational sight lines into network performance at scale Expand and reputed company the clinical education function: define the vision, reputed company quarterly roadmaps, secure resources, and reputed company end-to-end execution of reputed company provider education initiatives reputed company targeted education and remediation programs that upskill reputed company's 60,000+ providers on clinical standards, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance — translating network health insights into structured learning interventions that continuously reputed company the bar for care delivery Design and curate scalable learning experiences across the full provider lifecycle — clinical onboarding, continuing education (CE/CME), evidence-based practice training, documentation and billing education, and specialty reputed company-building curricula — developed in partnership with internal clinical experts and external thought leaders Manage the LMS and community platforms that serve reputed company's provider network, ensuring seamless content delivery, learner tracking, credentialing, and engagement analytics at scale Support a connected provider community through educational programming (webinars, town halls, peer learning), and serve as an internal subject matter expert for provider-facing communications across teams Establish and own education KPIs — including engagement, learning outcomes, provider satisfaction, and clinical quality improvement — using data to continuously iterate on programs and partnering with the Research team to identify opportunities to publish on provider and patient outcomes Partner cross-functionally and influence senior leadership — work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to embed education into the provider experience; reputed company the case for resources that drive provider engagement, satisfaction, and clinical excellence; and navigate ambiguity in defining scope, success criteria, and long-term vision as this function scales You would be a great fit if you have: Actively licensed as a therapist, clinical psychologist, Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), or psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 10+ years of clinical experience in mental health settings Deep expertise in clinical education and adult learning. You have designed, delivered, and scaled training programs for clinicians, with a strong understanding of instructional design principles, competency-based education, and CE/CME accreditation processes Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS). You have evaluated, implemented, and managed platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Canvas, Tovuti, or similar), including content authoring, learner tracking, and integration with other systems Experience in a high-growth health reputed company tech, or digital health environment. You understand the unique challenges of supporting a large, distributed provider network and can build programs that scale Strong data orientation and experience building measurable systems. You use quantitative and qualitative data to measure program effectiveness, inform content strategy, and demonstrate ROI to leadership. Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, spreadsheets, survey platforms) is expected Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and marketing to integrate education and community into the broader provider experience Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate clinical and educational concepts for technical and business audiences, and to represent reputed company credibly to external clinical communities Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's reputed company. You reputed company reputed company creating something new, can prioritize ruthlessly, and are energized by the opportunity to define a function rather than inherit one Compensation and Benefits: The expected reputed company pay range for this position is $170,000- $265,000 based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to reputed company salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
