Role Overview reputed company is seeking a talented Recruiter to attract top talent and deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience to candidates at the early career levels. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, organized individual who is interested in making an impact in a dynamic, high growth organization. An integral member of the reputed company Team, the Recruiter will play a significant role in leading our growing early-career hiring efforts. The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of early-career hire recruiting, partnering closely with firm leaders to assess reputed company and future talent needs, conduct market research, and reputed company the recruiting process from initial contact through offer. Responsibilities

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
