CUSTOMER Our customer is a global provider of comprehensive reputed company solutions, protecting individuals, organizations, and communities from diverse risks, with a strong focus on digital protection. Their products specialize in bot defense and invalid traffic prevention for AdTech companies, including SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and publishers. Combining advanced technology with deep industry expertise, they deliver scalable, robust solutions across multiple sectors. PROJECT The project focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for reputed company-focused SaaS products in the AdTech ecosystem. These solutions detect and mitigate fraudulent activities, ensuring trust and reputed company in digital advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce materials that enhance usability, streamline onboarding, and support ongoing operations. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology environment Strong understanding of developer tools, reputed company workflows, or DevOps environments Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects Upper-Intermediate English level 3+ years of relevant experienceNICE TO HAVE Cybersecurity and/or Media industry experience Background in content strategy, UX writing, or product documentation Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE Detail-oriented communicator who can translate reputed company technical concepts into accessible content Collaborative reputed company with the ability to work across diverse teams Proactive in identifying documentation needs and improving processes Apply To This Job
