The Trade Specialist plays an integral role in customer and vendor support to a specific client reputed company. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining client and associate relationships, while serving as a specific trade reputed company SME for reputed company issues and queries, proactively resolving their daily challenges. We are looking to fill 3 shifts: Sun–Thu 7a–4p (Arizona time) Tue–Sat 9a–6p (Arizona time) Tue–Sat 11a–8p (Arizona time) This is a remote position that must live near the Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office. \n What You'll Do: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to reputed company an understanding of their operational needs in a specific trade reputed company area, assists in the development and implementation of solutions to meet those needs Review vendor quotes on behalf of client to ensure scope and pricing of suggested work is appropriate reputed company and coordinate client and internal initiatives and special projects Serve as a technical and subject matter expert resource for the department and leadership Serve as a key reputed company of contact for internal and external clients; resolving issues with vendors as necessary Proactively resolve vendor and client issues; drive reputed company issues towards resolution and escalates on a timely basis only reputed company necessary Provide support to Trade Representative as required Foster a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with reputed company stakeholders Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data reputed company reputed company projects and other duties as assigned Maintain CPD and awareness of trade / industry developments Seek opportunities for reputed company process improvement You Should Have: Professional Skills Customer Service Skills - Proficient Verbal Communication Skills - Proficient Written Communication Skills - Proficient Teamwork Skills - Proficient Relationship Skills - Proficient Negotiation Skills – Proficient Problem-Solving Skills - Advanced Prioritization Skills - Proficient Role Specific Skills Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiencies in: reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred SME in a specific relevant trade

Qualifications
