This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to implement data integration and platform capabilities, while contributing to best practices and standards. The engineer remains hands-on with development, code reviews, and production support, and helps guide less reputed company engineers. What you will do Design and implement data platform solutions including data streaming, CDC, data warehouse, data lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-based technologies. Contribute to the development and adoption of best practices for data platform configuration management, observability, testing, and operational readiness. Build and support end-to-end data integration pipelines from reputed company systems through Kafka and/or reputed company to analytical and operational targets. Participate in engineering design sessions and code reviews for reputed company data solutions across multiple systems and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reputed company to data platform performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with architects, platform engineering, reputed company, and governance teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and data strategy. Support implementation of operational reputed company practices, including monitoring, alerting, and data recovery processes. Evaluate and help adopt new technologies and tools that improve data platform capabilities. Contribute to documentation, design artifacts, and engineering standards. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support team development. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. 6–9+ years of software or data engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience building and supporting data platforms in production environments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation for data platform deployments. Experience with reputed company, PostgreSQL, Redshift, reputed company, Kafka (or similar technologies). Experience with reputed company, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. Strong competency in SQL and Python. Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and design patterns. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
