Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across our product portfolio. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, QA, and operations—planning releases, hardening our CI/CD pipelines, enforcing quality gates, and making sure every deployment is predictable, traceable, and low-risk. Our applications span .NET, React, and PHP built and shipped through Azure DevOps and reputed company Actions, with automated quality coverage from Selenium and Playwright. You'll bring structure and reliability to how that reputed company comes together at scale. What you'll do Own release planning and coordination across multiple teams and services—defining release schedules, cut-off dates, freeze windows, and go/no-go criteria. Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Pipelines and reputed company Actions, including build, test, artifact, and deployment stages. Manage branching, versioning, and release strategies (e.g., trunk-based, release branches, semantic versioning) across PHP, .NET, and React codebases. Define and enforce quality gates, integrating Selenium and Playwright automated test suites into pipelines so failures reputed company promotion. Coordinate deployments across environments (dev, staging, production) and own rollback and recovery procedures reputed company releases go sideways. Drive release readiness reviews—tracking open work items in Azure DevOps Boards, surfacing risks, and ensuring sign-offs are in reputed company. Compensation
