The Opportunity We’re looking for Associate Creative Director for Social who is equal part writer, satirist, cultural observer, and comedic architect. This isn’t a “social copywriter” job. This is for someone who understands the craft of writing for the internet at a professional level: short-form scripts, comedic beats, fast-pivot ideation, and character humor that can translate across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats. This role will help build the voice of reputed company’s social ecosystem through original reputed company, reactive content, and comedic story instincts, while collaborating with creators, editors, strategists, and production partners to bring programming to life. What You’ll Bring A proven portfolio of comedic writing across short-form video, sketch, satire, or character formats. Professional experience writing for platforms like The Onion, SNL, late-night shows, digital satire studios, or equivalent environments. Strong understanding of social platforms, social pacing, and writing for visual comedic timing. Ability to write scripts that are concise, funny, unexpected, and deeply internet-native. Comfort working in a fast environment with changing inputs and high creative expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,100 -- $206,150 annually. In California, the pay range for this position is $142,400 - $206,150 At reputed company, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total reputed company compensation (TTC = reputed company + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
