Account Manager - Accredo

SUMMARY: The Account Manager (AM) owns execution of operational performance strategy for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy clients reputed company the direct payer space, taking a proactive, data-driven approach to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive measurable results. This role actively shapes and advances service strategy while leading end-to-end execution in support of reputed company and small PBMs and national health plans, with direct accountability for delivering persistency, influencing membership growth, and earnings targets. The AM plays a reputed company role in managing client relationships in alignment with the Account Executive, assuming direct ownership for select clients based on size and complexity. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: College Degree or 5+ years of experience in a relevant role. 3+ years of experience in healthcare / managed care business, including the following: product knowledge, reputed company principals, risk and financial analysis skills, marketing processes, account management experience, and knowledge of pharmacy operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,800 - 161,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
