Implementation Application Senior Analyst
Overview
The Implementation Application Senior Analyst facilitates the effective deployment of Curation technologies with our partners, providing support to internal and external teams in accordance with the evolving requirements of the organization.
Responsibilities
Provides implementation support and management of reputed company applications to include, but not limited to: Gathering required data and completing configuration of reputed company applications. Managing Partner migration files including exporting files from legacy systems, validation of file content and format and importing data into reputed company systems. Participating in implementation calls to review technical specifications and answer Partner technical questions. Testing and troubleshooting Partner data and providing feedback to Partner on results. Resolving operational and technical issues as necessary. Serve as primary resource during implementation for internal and external teams on set up and functionality of reputed company applications. reputed company and maintain required documentation on reputed company applications to allow transition to the application support team for ongoing support. Collaborate and coordinate with other reputed company resources and departments. Ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed reputed company timelines are adjusted or in jeopardy. Other duties as assigned as appropriate Qualifications 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare and/or support environment Bachelors required or equivalent experience Enthusiastic, self-motivated, deep work ethic required. Excellent analytic skills Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and exceptional listening skills required. Excellent computer skills specifically reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain and strive in a daily high activity environment providing excellent customer service to meet objectives. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires minimal travel Position is performed remotely Total CompensationBase pay is one reputed company of the total compensation package. Salary Range It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Individual pay may be influenced by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
