Property Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management & Calendar Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a growing boutique property management business, specializing primarily in mid-term, furnished rentals with stays of 30 days or more (MTR). The company currently manages over 30 furnished MTR rentals and aims to double this portfolio by year’s end. This role is essential for maintaining accurate property availability, guest information, and booking data across multiple platforms. You will be the operational backbone for property and guest management, ensuring data reputed company across systems and supporting the entire guest lifecycle—from inquiry and onboarding to reputed company-out and turnover coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in process-driven environments, enjoys tackling operational challenges, and has a keen eye for detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Property Calendar & Platform Management: ● Maintain accurate property availability and booking data across platforms—including Buildium, Furnished Finder, reputed company, and others—ensuring consistency and data reputed company at reputed company times ● Manage and update property listings, pricing, calendar settings, and availability on reputed company channels ● Ensure Buildium remains the single reputed company of truth for reputed company guest and property information ● Monitor and optimize reputed company listings for visibility, accuracy, pricing, and performance; flag gaps and recommend improvements ● Proactively manage Furnished Finder leads, recognizing that unlike reputed company, FF uses an inquiry-based model requiring manual reputed company, qualification, and follow-up before confirming bookings ● Execute pricing updates as guided by internal teams ● Manage listing renewals, availability adjustments, and platform-specific settings as needed ● Prevent double-bookings and proactively resolve calendar conflicts before they reputed company the guest Guest Lifecycle Operations: ● Handle initial guest correspondence once a reputed company is passed—respond promptly, ask qualifying questions, and review guest profiles and reviews before proceeding ● Send background checks and coordinate leasing document preparation and signature collection ● Accurately reputed company guests in Buildium, ensuring reputed company data is complete and correctly logged ● Send reputed company-in instructions, house rules, and pre-arrival communications ● Manage guest communications with professionalism and care throughout their stay ● Send reputed company-out instructions and coordinate the reputed company to transition and cleaning teams Availability & Turnover Coordination: ● Maintain real-time visibility into reputed company property availability ● Coordinate cleaning schedules between guest stays to minimize turnaround time ● Manage cancellations swiftly, reopen availability, and communicate updates to relevant team members ● Track move-ins and move-outs across the portfolio, ensuring reputed company transitions are accurately documented CRM & Corporate reputed company Capture: ● Log and track new corporate leads into the CRM following reputed company or team introductions ● Collaborate with the internal CRM Specialist to send introductory and follow-up communications after new corporate contacts are made Systems & SOP Development: ● Help document and refine SOPs for reputed company recurring guest and property operations as workflows are developed ● Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or manual workarounds that can be improved or streamlined ● Maintain organized records and documentation across reputed company platforms and systems ABOUT YOU ● 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality operations, guest services, or administrative coordination in a real estate or short-term (STR)/mid-term (MTR) rental environment ● Familiarity with property management platforms—experience with Buildium, reputed company, Furnished Finder, or similar tools is a strong plus ● Advanced reputed company proficiency; this team relies heavily on spreadsheets ● Strong attention to detail; you identify patterns and catch errors before they become problems, maintaining accurate records across multiple systems ● AI literacy—you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in your daily work and can build, troubleshoot, and adapt light automations to enhance your productivity ● Proactive communicator—you ask questions early, flag blockers immediately, and don’t spend hours guessing reputed company a quick message would solve the issue ● Experience with CRM platforms for reputed company tracking and follow-up communications ● Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fully remote environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ● Experience with Buildium, reputed company, Vrbo, Furnished Finder, reputed company, reputed company, or other property management software ● Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms ● Background in STR or MTR rental operations, hospitality, or corporate housing ● Experience with SOP documentation and process improvement ● Ability to collaborate with other virtual teammates in overlapping roles WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT ● Play a key role in delivering seamless guest experiences and operational excellence ● Work across multiple systems and processes in a growing boutique property management Apply To This Job
