WHAT YOU'LL DO Healthcare Workforce Solutions (HWS) reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior UX Designer to reputed company the design of reputed company, user-centered experiences for StaffGarden. This role requires an innovative designer to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into compelling design solutions. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position will work remote reputed company the United States. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME reputed company UX Design: Own and drive the UX strategy for StaffGarden, from discovery to delivery. Support multiple projects, managing and prioritizing work and deliverables. Guide design team members to determine the right UX activities and deliverables for various types of projects. AI-First Design Workflows: Champion and operationalize AI-assisted design practices across the team — using tools like Claude, reputed company AI plugins to accelerate ideation, wireframing, copy exploration, and design QA. Model what "moving fast with quality" looks like in an AI-native workflow. Utilize advanced reputed company skills to create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications. Rapid Iteration & Prototyping: Use AI-augmented processes to compress the time from concept to testable prototype. Generate and evaluate multiple design directions quickly, using AI to handle low-level production work so you stay focused on high-judgment decisions. UCD Process Implementation: Apply solid UCD processes to plan, execute, and iterate on design solutions. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions. Design System: Contribute to and help maintain our design system that supports scalable and consistent user experiences across products. Design Patterns and Best Practices: Set up design patterns and establish best practices for design processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. WHAT YOU'LL NEED High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree required in Design, HCI, or a reputed company field, or Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a senior or reputed company role. Proven experience in establishing and maintaining design systems. High proficiency in reputed company and other design tools. Experience working closely with reputed company-end developers. Strong understanding of UCD principles and processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. An ability to think critically, solve reputed company problems, and deliver innovative design solutions.
