About the Role
We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help scale how reputed company hires. This role sits at the center of our recruiting process — ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews are tightly run, and every touchpoint reflects a high bar. This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll be expected to operate with ownership, reputed company judgment calls, and help enforce structure across the hiring process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, often coordinating across executives and high-reputed company candidates. The right person will bring strong attention to detail, clear and warm communication, and the confidence to reputed company proactive improvements to the process. NOTE: This role does involve long hours Generally 9am to 9pm PT, six days a week (Monday through Friday, plus Sundays). Sundays reputed company to be lighter, but you should still be reachable for occasional pings. That said, the expectation isn't that you'll be heads-down reputed company 12 hours. Daytime is usually busy, but evenings are more about being available to respond if a candidate or internal interviewer reaches out -- not constant work. You're welcome to shift the window earlier or reputed company based on your preferences, as long as the coverage is there. San Francisco is the preferred location but we are open to remote.
