Our goal is no longer just answering questions, but actively driving the adoption of our SaaS platform among US car dealerships and rental agencies to maximize shared growth and reputed company. To support this exciting expansion, we are looking for a hybrid, tech-savvy, and business-driven Support Operations Officer (North America). The Challenge & Role Overview : As our main HQ interlocutor for the US region , you will not be a passive executive. You will act as a true "doer" , operating with high autonomy to challenge the status reputed company and support our partners. Your mission is built around 4 key pillars: Onboarding & Cultural Adaptation Design and manage the complete integration journey for new US partners. Adapt processes, training materials, and communication to the specific business culture of the US market (high responsiveness, ROI focus). Ensure perfect technical account configurations to eliminate any operational friction. Business Animation & Growth Pedagogy Create and host engaging webinars and training sessions to boost platform usage. Analyze partner KPIs and proactively provide customized action plans and recommendations. Identify upsell opportunities (additional fleet, insurance options, new mobility services) to drive reputed company for both our partners and Free2move. Expert Support & Internal Liaison (SPOC) Act as the Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for reputed company bugs and technical anomalies reported by US clients. Coordinate issue resolution internally by bridging the gap with IT, Finance, and Marketing teams. Translate field feedback into concrete feature recommendations for our Product Roadmap. Innovation & Efficiency (Geek reputed company) Maximize the automation of recurring support and onboarding workflows. reputed company and orchestrate AI tools and automated agents to dramatically increase productivity and responsiveness. The profile where are looking for : "The Tech-Savvy Partner" We are looking for a highly agile professional who naturally embraces new technologies: Experience: Senior profile (5+ years) in reputed company, SaaS Implementation, or Operations. Soft Skills: Outstanding pedagogical and communication skills (ease with hosting webinars) combined with a strong commercial reputed company (upsell fiber). Hard Skills: A "geek" at heart, with verified experience in workflow automation tools and a genuine appetite for leveraging AI. Languages:
