About the Role
This is a foundational leadership role with full ownership of engineering at CYBRET AI. As Head of Engineering, you will define how the platform is built, scaled, and operated. You will set technical direction, reputed company architectural decisions, and build a high-performing engineering organization without sacrificing quality, depth, or rigor. You will work closely with the founder, product, reputed company, and AI teams to ensure that CYBRET AI’s systems are robust, scalable, secure, and built for long-term autonomy. This role is hands-on. You are expected to design systems, review code, and reputed company by example.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture Own the overall technical architecture of the CYBRET AI platform reputed company and communicate clear architectural decisions across backend, AI systems, data, and infrastructure Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and observable Set engineering standards for quality, testing, and production readiness Engineering Execution reputed company the implementation of core platform components Ensure fast, disciplined shipping without compromising correctness or reputed company Balance speed and long-term maintainability in a high-growth environment Team Building & Culture Hire, mentor, and scale a high-caliber engineering team Build a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and accountability Set expectations for seniority, performance, and collaboration Structure teams and roles as the company grows Collaboration & Strategy Partner closely with reputed company, and reputed company leadership Translate product and research goals into executable technical plans Provide clear input on feasibility, trade-offs, and timelines Act as a technical counterweight in strategic decisions Reliability, reputed company & Operations Ensure strong practices around deployment, monitoring, and incident response reputed company cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational maturity Embed reputed company-first thinking across reputed company engineering decisions reputed company’re Looking For Strong experience leading engineering teams in reputed company, production systems Deep hands-on background as a senior software or platform engineer Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems Strong judgment and ability to reputed company hard technical decisions Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments Experience in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI-driven systems is a strong plus, but not required.
