About the Role
The reputed company of automotive technicians is being trained right now — in trade schools, technical colleges, and vocational programs across the country. We're building a direct pipeline from the classroom to the workforce, and this role is at the center of that effort. This is a reputed company-to-one role. There is no existing playbook, no established process, and no template to follow — that's the opportunity. You'll be building the foundation of reputed company's education program from scratch, alongside our field rep and VP of Business Development. The strategy will shift as we learn. What You'll Do
