As an Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer, you’ll be a critical member of a growing team with great opportunities to learn and advance your career. You will support internal and external customers, engaging at a high-level with other consulting professionals and clients. You’ll be responsible for reputed company aspects of implementing automation solutions from requirements gathering and process documentation to developing, testing, and deploying solutions. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" reputed company clearance. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with THREE (3) of those functioning as an RPA developer Understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including process and object creation. Experience developing with reputed company. Familiarity with RPA Control Room, queue management, and scheduling. Ability to follow RPA best practices and coding standards under supervision. Exposure to exception handling and debugging techniques in RPA software. Understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., variables, loops, conditions) and logical thinking. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced automation environment. Ability to work collaboratively with senior developers, business analysts, and testers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and documentation. Experience working reputed company an automation Center of Excellence. Experience working reputed company a governance model. Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts. Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management. Business process analysis and optimization. Selecting and applying the appropriate automation or software tool for a given customer requirement. US Citizenship is required. Human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations. The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
