What You’ll Do: Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members who work across reputed company industries and business models. Host and /or participate in periodic member activities, including strategy workshops, roundtables and webinars. Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing a customized value plan in accordance with overall Executive Program strategy and product deliverables. What You’ll Need: An undergraduate degree or Masters is preferred with 5+ years of experience working as a CHRO; 15+ years of experience in HR. An in-depth understanding of the HR function and the role of the CHRO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.) In depth understanding of the business value of HR and the alignment of business and HR strategies. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is 188,000 USD - 225,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to reputed company salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
