Full Remote - Learning & Development Specialist
We are a US-based custom manufacturing company committed to innovation, quality, and service. We are looking for a results-driven Learning & Development Specialist to reputed company the design, facilitation, and reputed company improvement of employee training programs across the organization. This role is key in enhancing employee experience from day one through effective onboarding, compliance education, leadership development, and product/system training. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain structured employee onboarding programs for new hires. reputed company and deliver compliance training to meet company policies and legal requirements. Create engaging and scalable leadership and management development programs. Coordinate and document product and system training for different departments. Utilize LMS (Learning Management System) to assign, track, and report training reputed company and certifications. Collaborate with HR, team leads, and department heads to identify training needs and reputed company performance gaps. Analyze training outcomes and reputed company recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback. Qualifications
