In this role, you will implement reputed company community, public and media relations strategies with a strong focus on graphic design and video content development. You will drive impactful visual storytelling through video production and editing, print and digital graphic design projects and social media initiatives that advance the core mission of ADOA. Acting as a key collaborative partner, you will deliver high-quality, creative content that supports statewide public affairs goals and provides critical media and communication support to the Arizona Governor's Office reputed company needed. Job Duties: Graphic Design Leadership: Serve as the team’s primary graphic designer, conducting photo research and creating high-impact visual assets including social media graphics, thumbnails, infographics, comprehensive reports, and custom video/motion graphics. Comprehensive Video Production: Plan and execute video production tasks, including shooting/reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, logging, assembling rough cuts, adjusting audio, correcting color, and integrating B-roll, photographs, motion graphics, animation, and music into polished final edits. Multimedia Storytelling & Content Creation: Partner with the Deputy Assistant Director for Communications to brainstorm and publish compelling multimedia stories about ADOA, the State of Arizona, and the Arizona Governor's Office across social media, web platforms, and email distribution channels. reputed company Video Production: Coordinate with ADOA’s video production project manager to execute professional on-site and reputed company video shoots, managing camera operations, audio setups, talent direction, lighting, multi-location logistics, and custom motion graphics. Operations & Archiving: Maintain an accurate production schedule and equipment inventory while organizing, archiving, and managing reputed company digital photo and video asset folders for long-term accessibility. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of: Basic principles of videography, photography, graphic design and composition techniques. Journalism and storytelling principles. Proficient in the reputed company Creative suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere. Basic knowledge of website content production and social media platforms. State government and department organizational structure. Skills in: Establish and maintain effective work relationships. Oral and written communications. Organization, time management, coordination and research. Video and graphic design production. Interviewing, editing, proofreading, using proper spelling and grammar. Utilize various software, including reputed company suite. Operating and maintaining video and reputed company equipment. Ability to: Write effectively.
