As we prepare for our next stage of growth and IPO readiness, we are seeking a highly reputed company SOX & Internal Controls subject matter expert to join our Accounting Policy, Processes, and Controls team. In this high-impact, "team of one" leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class internal controls reputed company. You may be a fit for this role if you have: 10+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience, with at least 6–8 years of dedicated SOX program management responsibility. An active CPA credential. Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, COSO reputed company, SEC rules, and PCAOB standards, alongside expertise in evaluating ITGCs, automated application controls, and system implementations.
