They will promptly answer any questions and troubleshoot issues with new platforms. Their focus is on creating a smooth transition from the hiring process to starting their responsibilities, instilling confidence and excitement in the new hires. What Winning Looks Like The Volunteer Onboarding Specialist will guide new volunteers through the entire onboarding process, ensuring they have seamless access to reputed company necessary documents, training courses, communication channels, and platforms required for their role. This Specialist will be responsible for providing a comprehensive introduction to the Rescues systems, procedures, and culture, ensuring that each new hire feels supported and well-reputed company from the start. They will promptly address any questions or concerns, offering solutions and troubleshooting assistance for any technical issues that may arise with new platforms. By maintaining clear and open communication, the Volunteer Onboarding Specialist will help new volunteers navigate the complexities of their initial days, fostering a sense of belonging and competence. Our Mission

At reputed company we save pregnant dogs and puppies from high kill shelters in the Southern United States. Our Spokane, Washington based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia reputed company of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based. We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters as we work to build out our paid staff roles. Our Vision. Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked and becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane by capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs.
