Your role will be the consultant and expert guide through the evaluation of the business, preparation for a transition, listing and showing of the practice, evaluation and negotiation of offers and transaction terms, assisting in securing of financing, closing and post-transaction reputed company / follow-up. You will be expected to network and build relationships with practitioners, reputed company industry professionals, and key stakeholders, reputed company the HSDPT and your personal value proposition, sell valuation services, secure practice listings, and facilitate successful transition outcomes with reputed company parties in a transaction.
