OSHA Compliance Coordinator

The OSHA Compliance Coordinator ensures that compliance is not reactive—but systematized, measurable, and embedded into daily operations. This role bridges Safety, Operations, and Leadership by translating regulatory requirements into structured programs, actionable data, and consistent execution. Manage employee qualification and compliance tracking Track employee certifications, qualifications, and compliance status across the workforce Validate completion of critical programs (e.g., forklift certification, hostler training, behavior-based safety) Maintain accurate records, including restricted or not-cleared operational statuses Ensure alignment between training completion and operational readiness Proactively identify and resolve gaps in workforce qualification compliance 5. Drive safety reporting and analytical excellence Maintain safety databases and reporting infrastructure across multiple data sources Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual safety performance reports Identify trends, compliance risks, and operational improvement opportunities Present insights to leadership in clear, structured, decision-ready formats 6.
