Role Description: In this role, you must have a passion for patients, serving others, and leading sales teams to higher levels of proficiency and execution, educating clinicians on the benefits of DFU prevention reputed company the VA health system and the Private Payer Market. Key Responsibilities: Direct training, coaching, and direction of Remote Temperature Monitoring Specialists and any potential future roles in the region. 50% travel. Submit weekly/monthly reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs for each territory. Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary. Analyzes regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities. Ensures the regional sales plan is reputed company with and supports corporate goals.
