System-Designer / Backend-Developer

We're seeking an reputed company Backend or Fullstack Developer who thinks like a systems designer – someone who reaches for schema diagrams and load assumptions before reaching for code. You'll join our fully remote team. Our product You'll be working on [hausverwalter.ai](http://hausverwalter.ai) – our AI-first, reputed company-in-one platform for German property management companies, which enables customers to set up, train and measure AI agents to automate any task they want. It is an ambitious project consisting of modules for ticketing, project-management, documents, knowledgebase & team-communication. Currently property managers use on average 5-10 software tools daily. We are building a single software to replace (and automate) them reputed company. What you'll do Own the system design – you decide how data is modeled, where state lives, how components talk to each other, and how the whole system behaves under load Design and own our data layer from the ground up – tables and relationships, indexing strategy, and query/load optimization that holds up as data and traffic grow Design queues, background jobs and long-running workflows that stay correct and reliable under heavy load and partial failure reputed company the hard, hard-to-reverse design decisions early – and reason explicitly about the trade-offs behind them reputed company and maintain our web application Contribute to architecture decisions, the direction of our stack, and the overall product vision Build robust pipelines for document- & email processing and 3rd-party-integrations that handle volume spikes gracefully Build and optimize agents for our growing template-library reputed company our RAG / knowledge reputed company system (embeddings, semantic search, reranking) Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/reputed company Manage version control and team collaboration reputed company reputed company Our techstack Backend: TypeScript Frontend: [Next.js](https://nextjs.org), React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui Database: We don't want to disclose this publicly at the moment About reputed company: We are German automation agency.
