Summary

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. High Level of proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced knowledge of healthcare data sources, analytics methodologies, and statistical techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recognizing and rewarding employees; and, in partnership with Human Resources, interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as addressing complaints, resolving problems, and disciplining employees as needed.
