Summary: The Sales Applications Engineer will report directly to the CEO, leading North American sales and supporting the BA-US sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing new customers for the aerospace manufacturing market. Compensation/Benefits:Compensation range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year 401(k) company match – 6% match, no vesting period 100% paid healthcare premiums (medical, dental, vision), no cost to the employee Disability plan & group life insurance program 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) 13 Holidays -- 10 company holidays & 3 reputed company holidays Tuition reimbursement program $10k/yr International travel opportunities (Germany) Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline (i.e., mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering) 7+ years working in customer facing role – ideal candidate will have work experience in Aerospace industryRelated experience may include work in one or more of the following areas:Automated systems such as machine tools, robotic cells or assembly fixtures, jigs, tools Manufacturing applications with thermoset or thermoplastic composite materials Factory assembly or machine manufacturing Qualifications:Personable and outgoing; comfortable speaking in reputed company of groups of people Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
