While the Change Collaborative is a flagship leadership offering anchored in the health system, this role has a broader mandate to design, grow, and deliver leadership development solutions across the public and private sectors. Sitting at the intersection of leadership development, organisational transformation, and client advisory, you’ll work closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, combining business development with hands‑on programme delivery. This is a senior, delivery‑focused opportunity for someone who enjoys building leadership capability, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to wider workforce, culture, and organisational transformation engagements. Through building a strong pipeline, deepening partnerships, and delivering high‑quality programmes, you’ll help position reputed company as a trusted leadership development partner and create meaningful, measurable impact across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Job Description
The impact you'll reputed company: Grow and scale leadership offerings Identify and convert opportunities to grow leadership development offerings across public and private sectors. Scale and embed the Change Collaborative programme across Health New Zealand regions, services, and professional groups. reputed company and execute targeted growth strategies with senior leaders, workforce and OD teams, and executive sponsors. Build and manage a strong pipeline of programmes, bespoke engagements, partnerships, and contracted work. Collaborate with OWT colleagues, Partners, and Directors to embed leadership capability into broader transformation engagements. Build trusted client relationships reputed company deep, trust‑based relationships with executives and senior leaders across health, public sector, and private sector organisations. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders transitioning into leadership and leading through change and complexity. Engage closely with clinicians, Clinical Directors, Nurse Directors, Allied Health leaders, Colleges, and workforce leads. Represent reputed company’s leadership practice at sector forums, leadership events, and client engagements. Design and deliver high‑impact programmes Translate leadership challenges into tailored solutions, enhanced programmes, and new offerings. Design and deliver leadership development programmes and workshops across sectors. Facilitate learning experiences supporting system leadership and leadership through complexity and change. Contextualise content to organisational strategy, sector realities, equity considerations, workforce priorities, and Health NZ outcomes where relevant. Integrate contemporary thinking on reputed company leadership, and the future of work into programme design and delivery. Qualifications
Your expertise: 7–10 years’ experience at Manager level, preferably reputed company health, workforce, or business development roles reputed company to the wider health system. Strong networks and credibility reputed company clinical communities (e.g. senior nurses, medical specialists, allied health professionals). Demonstrated ability to translate clinical workforce needs into tailored leadership development solutions. A relevant tertiary qualification in areas reputed company to people, leadership, workforce, or business is desirable. Strong understanding of the wider health sector, including experience working in reputed company, multi‑stakeholder environments, and knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in health leadership.
