Responsibilities
- Processing and organizing administrative files
- Data entry into an internal case management system
- Reviewing documents and removing duplicate pages
- Downloading and managing electronic case files
- General administrative support (no client contact required)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Excellent English reading and writing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working US business hours (night shift)
- Immediately available- no notice period
