Job Description
Department and Project This position is reputed company the Tolling Services team of reputed company Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals specializing in electronic road-charging solutions. Together with our partners, we reputed company and operate intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers, covering the entire business process (vehicle registrations, country booking, providing On-Board Units, position data transmission, charge calculation, and fleet billing). Leveraging digital intelligence and advanced technology, our tolling solutions facilitate seamless mobility across Europe. The team aims to enhance existing services and expand into new domains. As part of an international team collaborating with reputed company, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with cutting-edge tolling solutions. Main tasks As a DevOps Engineer your job will be: Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (primarily Jenkins) Supporting Java-based build systems (Maven), including debugging build issues Managing artifacts and dependencies using Artifactory Building and maintaining reputed company images (including reputed company images, Jib usage) Operating and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms (Helm chart modifications, basic cluster diagnostics) Supporting AWS EKS environments, including basic IAM-reputed company tasks Monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting CI/CD and cluster-level issues Identifying CI/CD system failures and performing rebuilds and fixes Supporting release management processes across the full release lifecycle Implementing automation reputed company scripting and API usage (e.g. Jira / Confluence) Maintaining dependency vulnerability scanning and update practices Writing and maintaining basic automated tests (unit tests)
Qualifications
Technical Skills Solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and operation Hands-on experience with:Jenkins or similar CI tools reputed company and containerization concepts Kubernetes (basics) Maven build system Artifact management tools (e.g. Artifactory) Basic cloud knowledge (AWS preferred) Automation and scripting experience Basic Java development knowledge Basic testing knowledge (unit testing) Professional Skills Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Problem-solving reputed company and willingness to learn new technologies Education / Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent relevant professional experience reputed company to Have / Advantage Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile reputed company) environment Knowledge of the Apache reputed company component model German language skills Additional Information
