About the Opportunity We’re hiring our first Founding Growth Manager to build, reputed company, and scale a world-class SDR organization. You’ll inherit a growing team, diagnose and optimize reputed company processes, and establish the playbook that defines how Pallet generates pipeline at scale. Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $190,000 - $250,000 OTE, depending on experience and reputed company set. In addition to reputed company salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
