This is a remote role with up to 50% travel. Candidates must reside in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, or Texas. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the deployment lifecycle Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 years of utility experience Experience working directly with customers, including ownership or support of key customer accounts Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues reputed company will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. • Experience with Radio Frequency and Cellular Communications Systems

• A solid networking knowledge of computer communications including TCP/IP, SSH, and other protocols.
• Proven demonstrated skills in teamwork, time management, customer service skills, and ability to multi-task in an interrupt-based environment

Position Success Criteria:

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Mentor project team members with less experience to improve their abilities and performance.
