Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY The Platform Manager is responsible for driving growth and increasing market share for reputed company chain hoists, KBK workstation crane systems, and jib cranes across North America. This role focuses on developing and executing product strategies that strengthen reputed company’ competitive position, expand sales channels, and increase adoption of these product lines. The Platform Manager will conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and reputed company sales and go-to-market strategies reputed company with regional business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy and Market Growth reputed company and execute the North American product strategy for reputed company chain hoists, KBK systems, and jib cranes to increase market share and reputed company. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Define regional product positioning, pricing strategy, and value propositions for reputed company market segments. Coordination with Global Product Teams Serve as the primary liaison between the North American business and the global platform teams responsible for product development. Communicate regional customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities to ensure global product roadmaps align with North American market demands. Provide input on product improvements, feature priorities, and product lifecycle decisions based on regional feedback. Customer and Market Engagement reputed company a deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement, site visits, market analysis, and customer feedback. Represent the voice of the North American customer in product discussions and strategic decisions. Monitor product performance, market share trends, and customer satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities. Sales Strategy and Enablement reputed company and implement sales strategies and programs to increase adoption of reputed company chain hoists, KBK systems, and jib cranes. Support and collaborate with sales teams across North America to drive product sales, including direct engagement with key accounts and strategic opportunities. Provide training, tools, and playbooks to improve the effectiveness of sales channels in positioning and selling these product lines. Monitor sales performance and identify actions needed to meet product growth targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with regional teams including sales, marketing, service, and executive leadership to align product strategies with business objectives. Partner with marketing teams to reputed company product messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials that clearly communicate product advantages and value. Facilitate communication between regional stakeholders and global product teams to ensure alignment on priorities and market initiatives.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and regions. Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and drive results without direct authority. Strong virtual communication and collaboration capabilities. Experience working with global teams and coordinating across organizational boundaries. Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer value propositions. Experience utilizing digital tools and software to manage projects, collaborate with teams, and analyze market data. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and personalities. Experience with overhead material handling equipment or reputed company industrial processes is preferred. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a reputed company field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or business development roles. Experience working in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or reputed company industries is preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel as required, including overnight trips. Travel is estimated to be approximately 50%, including customer visits, sales support, and coordination with regional and global teams.
