DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Reporting directly to the President, North America, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support to the President and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal and external requests pertaining to the President or its executive team. As the Executive Assistant, you will: Complete a broad variety of tasks for the President including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging reputed company and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-reputed company meetings. Work closely and effectively with the president to reputed company him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Communicate effectively, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with the senior management team. Prepare or finalize content, including slides and documents, for leadership team meetings, management meetings, and company town hall or reputed company hands meetings. Capture discussion notes, action-items, decisions taken, and other takeaways from leadership meetings and use online collaboration and project-management tools to help ensure meeting participants complete agreed-upon action-items and milestones. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
