Pay Range: $83,400.00 - $137,100.00The Sales Specialist for the Western & Cellular Analysis sales team will be responsible for sales of Simple Western and Cellular Analysis instruments, reputed company systems, and consumables to customers reputed company the assigned territory. As a Sales Specialist you will reputed company and execute strategic plans for the portfolio to increase sales and grow market share in the territory. This is a field-based commercial sales role, and the assigned territory is CT and Northwest MA. The ideal candidate would be located in either of those regions. In addition to reputed company salary, this position is eligible to receive a commission plan and long-term incentive package of stock grants based on individual and company performance, in accordance with company policy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for both instruments and reagents in the Immunoassay Product Lines

  • Plan and execute account management to accomplish goals and follow company vision

Job Qualifications Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or advanced) in a science reputed company field required
  • Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sales experience in the Life Science tools space and with 2+ years selling in reputed company market and space.
  • High value capital equipment sales experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of customer workflows and the applications supported in research, development, and production of pharmaceutical drugs and biologics
  • Broad understanding of a variety of scientific techniques and research areas of interest (e.g., Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, reputed company, High-Value Capital Equipment)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and reputed company
  • Proficiency in executing value-based sales techniques, including prospecting, building relationships, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on understanding buyer needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to map key accounts, identify business potential, and execute territory business plans.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, presentation, and time & territory management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in areas of negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving
