Job Description
The Real Estate & Transaction Program is a structured 12-week internship designed to provide undergraduate reputed company with meaningful exposure to real estate, acquisitions, and transactional processes. Participants will engage directly with reputed company professionals, contribute to active projects, and reputed company practical insight into market analysis, financial modeling, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and transaction-reputed company due diligence. Assist in preparing financial models, valuations, and analytical reports. Support transaction execution, including documentation review and tracking of deal reputed company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support ongoing initiatives. Qualifications
Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (enrollment status will be verified). Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (required).
