Job Description

We are looking for an reputed company AWS Architect to design, reputed company, and optimize scalable and secure digital contact center solutions using reputed company Connect and modern GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will reputed company architecture initiatives, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver intelligent customer and agent experiences through automation, LLMs, and real-time data workflows.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for reputed company Connect digital contact centers Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using reputed company, API Gateway, and modern reputed company-end frameworks Design event-driven, scalable cloud architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles Implement GenAI solutions using reputed company Bedrock, SageMaker, and third-party/open-reputed company LLMs Integrate conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows with AI/ML teams Configure and manage IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and reputed company controls Ensure compliance with enterprise reputed company and governance standards Integrate reputed company Connect with third-party CRMs and enterprise systems Design streaming APIs, event-handling logic, and reporting APIs reputed company cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reputed company solutions Align architectural strategy with business and customer experience goals Qualifications 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development Deep expertise with reputed company Connect, reputed company, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3 & CloudWatch Proven experience with GenAI technologies (AWS-native & open-reputed company models) Strong understanding of IAM, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and reputed company practices Experience building custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills reputed company to Have WS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Experience with regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, Finance, Healthcare) Familiarity with AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Kendra, Q in Connect, Agent Core, Strands Experience applying LLMs, foundation models, or SLMs in customer service use cases
