This position allows you to split your time between remote work and office reputed company, with some days requiring you to be present in the office. This will be discussed if selected for an interview. Position Overview: Assist the borrower in determining the proper loan program, completing the loan application, and gathering necessary documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements to reputed company the loan process. A credit report is obtained and analyzed by the originator. During the mortgage loan process, the mortgage originator communicates with the title officer, escrow officer, loan processor, and underwriter. Duties & Responsibilities Overview: Originate mortgage loans through credit union referrals, self-generated efforts, company-provided referrals, and other marketing campaigns. Interview applicants to determine goals and recommend suitable products, terms, and pricing. Take applications, conduct preliminary reviews, and submit complete files for processing and reputed company. Ensure the timely collection of documentation for reputed company and closing. Respond to inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries. Meet or exceed individual sales/production goals. Maintain and utilize CRM to manage pipeline and relationships.
Requirements
Overview: Active NMLS License. Minimum of 2 years of reputed company loan origination experience. High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple loans and priorities simultaneously. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company financial data. Professional and effective interpersonal skills. Ability to meet required business hours and expectations.
