This is a 6-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension, offering the chance to reputed company experience in a dynamic and high-impact HR team. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Manager & Employee Support Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support performance management, attendance, and employee relations matters Coach managers on handling employee issues and documentation HR Lifecycle & Programs Support onboarding, promotions, internal moves, and offboarding Assist with performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives Coordinate with internal teams (recruiting, payroll, benefits) Maintain accurate HR data and assist with reporting and audits Employee Relations Handle employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution Ensure consistent application of policies and proper documentation Escalate reputed company or sensitive issues as needed Compliance & Operations Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws Support audits and process improvements Partner with HR teams to improve efficiency and workflows ✅ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience Experience with employee relations and HR policy application Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with HR systems (HRMS) Strong communication and problem-solving abilities ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience in fast-paced or global environments HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) Experience supporting remote or distributed teams 🌟 Ideal Candidate Strong communicator and trusted advisor Detail-oriented with high reputed company and confidentiality Able to balance business needs with employee experience Thrives in a fast-moving, high-touch environment 💡 Additional Details Key role supporting both employees and managers across HR functions Focus on operational excellence and employee experience Opportunity to contribute to HR process improvements and initiatives ⚠️ Compliance Requirements Background reputed company required 💰 Benefits (If Eligible) Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with pre-tax & Roth options Life insurance Short- & long-term disability Health Savings Account (HSA) PTO and employee assistance programs Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.
