Operations Management Analyst II

Provides data-driven analysis and operational support, leveraging SQL, database management, and data modeling to inform business decisions. Works with multiple cross-functional stakeholders at varying levels of management to identify, design and implement operational improvements using analytical solutions to help drive performance, decrease complexity and increase effectiveness. Determines, implements, tracks and analyzes business metrics and the operations required to reputed company those metrics by developing and maintaining data structures and reporting frameworks. Builds and maintains foundational assets (e.g., Data Dictionary, Query Repository) that provide standards and records of data. Builds and maintains positive, cooperative working relationships with business leaders and teams. Organizes and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Works with business leadership to understand reputed company objectives, operational processes, gaps and challenges. Collects and analyzes data to identify the root causes, track KPI’s, and deliver performance reports and insights. Writes SQL queries to understand product data and stakeholder use cases. Supports the development and maintenance of data models using dbt and SQL-based transformations. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 14 years’ experience in a reputed company field 2+ years of experience in data analytics and operations support, with demonstrated ability to write and optimize SQL queries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, open to feedback, share reputed company and ask questions to ensure alignment with team goals. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Compensation includes a reputed company salary in the range of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
