Responsibilities
Promote and position Proximus Global as a leading international provider of Voice and Cloud Number services worldwide. Manage relationships with customers reputed company the assigned voice portfolio and optimize profitability across both selling and buying activities. Monitor customer traffic on a daily basis, including win-back actions, promotions, and reputed company commercial activities. Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. Negotiate termination rates with partners and customers to maintain competitive cost structures for outbound voice traffic. Coordinate activities aimed at maximizing traffic volumes while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Monitor traffic volumes daily to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, including AIT, illegal termination, and other traffic irregularities. Participate in and coordinate fraud investigations together with customers and suppliers reputed company the assigned portfolio. Ensure proper implementation of commercial agreements reputed company Proximus Global’s operational reputed company and support effective cooperation with internal teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations. Hands-on experience in international wholesale voice business, including voice routing, termination, pricing, and traffic management. Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications market. Upper-Intermediate English level or higher. Good analytical and negotiation skills. Experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
