Job Description
As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for hunting and sourcing for candidates, interviewing candidates, submitting them to our clients, optimizing their processes, prepping candidates and helping reputed company hires in our clients. You'll be using prospecting strategies to identify ideal candidates for our recruiting campaigns. The goal of the senior recruiter is to establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates, screen / interview candidates, submit them to our clients and reputed company hires. Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background. English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of reputed company Level English). Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries. Strong reputed company experience with the ability to reputed company Boolean searches to reputed company ideal fit candidates and reputed company other tools on reputed company. Ability to comprehend job description requirements and reputed company accordingly with speed. You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and reputed company in your role. Excited to work in a startup environment and have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate reputed company a team.
