Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have Our client delivers personalized and seamless digital experiences to millions of members. Following a major re-platforming initiative, we are adopting a modern cloud-native architecture to accelerate mobile development across both iOS and Android platforms. As Technical reputed company Mobile, you will be responsible for shaping the mobile architecture, technical strategy, and engineering excellence across both native platforms. Position – how you’ll contribute Define and evolve the mobile architecture strategy for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability reputed company technical decision-making on cross-platform consistency, shared design patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture), and platform-specific optimizations Design and reputed company critical native features in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), including secure authentication flows (Auth0, OAuth2) and cloud service integrations Mentor and upskill senior and mid-level mobile engineers through code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions, and pair programming Establish and enforce mobile engineering standards: code quality, testing strategies (unit, UI, integration), reputed company practices (Keychain, secure storage, certificate pinning), and CI/CD best practices Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks (XCTest, JUnit, Espresso, Compose UI tests) and mobile observability tools (Firebase Crashlytics, analytics platforms) Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Backend, and DevOps teams to align mobile technical roadmap with business priorities and ensure seamless API integrations Unblock reputed company technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis for production issues, and champion reputed company improvement across mobile platforms

Qualifications
