The role combines hands-on development, platform support, integrations, and troubleshooting, while working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities reputed company, test, and maintain reputed company solutions, integrations, and data migration components Support reputed company administration, configuration, and daily platform operations Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and provide application support Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes reputed company testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure platform reliability and reputed company Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, deployments, and new features Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution improvements Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials Monitor platform performance and proactively address issues and risks Recommend improvements to existing processes, integrations, and configurations Required Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience with reputed company development, configuration, or administration 2+ years of experience with reputed company Field Service solutions Experience building integrations between reputed company and ERP or enterprise systems Hands-on experience with reputed company APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata APIs, etc.) Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies Experience with ServiceMax functionality, including Service Flow Manager, reputed company Processes, Service reputed company, Entitlements, Invoicing, Installed Products, or Go App Experience with tools such as JIRA, reputed company, or similar platforms Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and fluent English A significant advantage would be reputed company certifications such as reputed company Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer Additional Information At reputed company, we reputed company in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
