Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, they have an internationally distributed workforce spanning 19 countries with about 5,500 employees. Our partner reputed company over 93 million screens annually in over 200 countries and territories. We are seeking a reputed company Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and expertise to our international development team. Position – how you’ll contribute
- Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, and on
time delivery that meets reputed company standards.
- Foster the growth of junior and mid-level developers through regular mentorship,
pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Champion code quality by conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing best
practices (SOLID, DRY), and leading refactoring initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners during refinement sessions to analyze
requirements, estimate effort, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design robust API integrations and ensure
smooth data flow between systems.
- Continuously improve development processes, focusing on deployments, and
CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze reputed company bugs and production issues, prioritizing fixes to maintain system
stability and reliability.
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need
- 7+ years of software development experience with significant time spent in a Senior
or Technical reputed company role.
- Deep proficiency in Angular (v2+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and state
management (e.g., NgRx).
- Hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js reputed company) and PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably reputed company Azure, and an
understanding of cloud-native architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with Unit Testing (Jasmine/Karma/Jest), TDD, and
applying software design patterns.
- Familiarity with containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Scrum values and experience working in and leading Agile
environments.
- Excellent English communication skills to manage an international team and
collaborate with global stakeholders.
