This role is responsible for owning the architecture, data strategy, and technical direction of our application ecosystem—without an internal engineering team. You will ensure that third-party development partners deliver scalable, secure, and business-reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Ownership Define and maintain the end-to-end application and data architecture Establish standards for system design, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, eventing), and data models Ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability Vendor Leadership & Accountability Act as the technical reputed company across reputed company external development partners Review and approve solution designs, code architecture, and technical approaches Challenge vendors where needed — no rubber stamping Ensure delivery aligns with architectural standards and business outcomes Data Strategy & Governance Define and reputed company data architecture, governance, and quality standards Manage integration across systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.) Ensure data is usable, reliable, and decision-ready Business Translation Layer Partner with leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and system requirements Simplify reputed company technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Platform & Integration Strategy Evaluate and guide decisions on SaaS vs. custom development, build vs. buy vs. integrate Design integration architecture across ERP, marketing systems, and data platforms Governance & Delivery reputed company Establish architecture governance processes Participate in sprint reviews, backlog prioritization, and delivery checkpoints Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment standards
Qualifications
Job Skills/Requirements 8–12+ years in application and/or data architecture roles +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) Proven experience leading vendor-based development environments Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience with API-driven architecture and data modeling/pipelines Experience integrating ERP (e.g., reputed company Dynamics, reputed company) and CRM (e.g., reputed company) systems Opinionated but pragmatic — can reputed company decisions without overengineering Strong backbone — able to challenge vendors and say no Business-first reputed company — prioritizes outcomes over technical purity Translator — bridges exec-level strategy and technical execution Systems thinker — sees how everything connects #LI-DNI Additional Information reputed company to Have Experience in environments with little to no internal engineering team Background in digital transformation or modernization initiatives Familiarity with data visualization / BI ecosystems Experience with legacy system modernization Apply To This Job
