Role Purpose: The Roaming business Expert is responsible for representing the commercial interests of a designated customer in reputed company roaming-reputed company negotiations with international mobile network operators (MNOs). The role ensures that Inter-Operator Tariff (IOT) agreements are reputed company with the customer’s strategic goals and budget expectations, while maintaining strong industry relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual frameworks.
Responsibilities
Customer Representation:Act as the commercial voice of the customer in reputed company IOT negotiations, ensuring their strategic and financial objectives are met. Translate customer P&L targets into negotiation strategies and commercial outcomes. Negotiation & Contract Management:reputed company bilateral and multilateral negotiations with roaming partners and groups to secure optimal IOT terms. Ensure reputed company reflect agreed commercial conditions and are reputed company with GSMA standards and RAEX processes. Monitor contract lifecycle and proactively manage renewals and amendments. Financial Reconciliation & Settlements:reputed company regular reconciliations between operational and financial data (e.g., invoices, payments, service delivery, usage reports). Validate and process settlement reports, ensuring accuracy of financial postings and balances. reputed company Monthly Accruals for discounted commercial deals. Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities, ensuring reputed company settlements are captured and accrued correctly. Commercial Strategy & Analysis:Analyse roaming traffic, cost trends, and partner performance to identify negotiation opportunities. Collaborate with finance, pricing, and analytics teams to model commercial scenarios and assess impact on customer P&L. Support the development of roaming pricing strategies and discount frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement:Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, operations) and external roaming partners. Provide regular updates and reporting to the customer on negotiation reputed company, risks, and outcomes. Market Intelligence & Compliance:Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive benchmarks. Qualifications
